I'm Chris Butler, proud owner of Growler Electrical Automation Ltd.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
After twenty years in the trades, my desire to provide quality service with the experience and knowledge that I have gained compelled me to establish Growler Electrical Automation Ltd. in September 2018. However, being a new business, the slow economy stagnated our growth, but the constant requests for bidding on new projects encouraged me to keep pushing forward.
Currently, the contracts I take on require me to work with other trades and unique customers. As a result, I come across various situations that challenge me to think outside the box. For example, sometimes architectural design may require me to find different ways to automate a system, or a client may request me to integrate their stand alone system with an automated system. Finding the ideal solutions to help complete these projects can be trying at times, however, the end results are always rewarding.
To keep my clients satisfied, I usually suggest simple solutions so they have control over their equipment and can exercise flexibility as and when they need to. Moreover, I practice the morals of honesty, integrity, and respect while working with clients as it helps us set realistic expectations, and enables us to work quickly and efficiently.
As a new business, my current goal is to build a strong brand by nurturing my relationships with clients. For this, I ensure I maintain open communication with my clients and work hard to achieve the ideas and requests they throw my way.
When I'm not at work, I spend my free time supporting my community by serving those who need a helping hand. I am also a committed Scouts leader who works with a team of volunteers to provide children ages five to fourteen with opportunities to experience new adventures and learn new skills. It's truly an enriching experience that I look forward to.
